Ginger Cookies #303C

If you love Ginger, this is the Cookie for you!  Soft, warm and so yummy.  I add candied ginger and white chocolate, but they are perfect on their own.  The original recipe came from my Aunt Laura.  She said it won "Best Cookie" in the Texas State Fair years ago.  I have been making them for over 40 years.  ENJOY!!
